The network was created to :

  • Identify individuals, groups, government agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations that promote and or support financial literacy in North Carolina.
  • Identify the statewide resources focused on financial literacy.
  • Exchange information about educational programs, services, resources and events that promote financial literacy in North Carolina.
  • Serve as the hub (or point of entry) for information about educational programs and research findings on financial and consumer issues to aid financial literacy educators in improving economic and financial literacy in North Carolina.
