Program Description:

A project designed to encourage residents to assess their financial situation, reduce debt, and save and manage their money to reach financial goals.

Target audience:

Minorities, women, young couples, rural workers, homebuyer program participants.

Goals and Objectives:

To engage 5,000 individuals in the assessment of their finances, development of debt reduction plans and regularly saving for the future in 2004.
