Please note: Please use a separate form for each class that is registered for a field trip. Tours are offered from late September to October and from April to May, between 8:30 a.m. and noon. Spring tours will be confirmed in February.

I understand that I must bring at least one adult chaperone for every 10 students. I will keep students under adult supervision while they are on the Farm. I realize that failure to adequately supervise the individuals in my group may result in the group being asked to leave the farm.
