The crucial things we need to learn from you to help solve your communication problem are:

  1. Who is the intended audience? Include things like age, sex, race or ethnicity, income, occupation, education level and if this is for an internal or external audience.


  2. Estimate how many people are in this intended audience.


  3. Describe any known likes and dislikes of the intended audience?


  4. What do you want to say to the audience? What are the three pieces of information they should know after seeing your information?




  5. What kind of response do you want from the audience? A request for more information? A donation? Building skills? Or just awareness?
