Dr. Millie Worku of the Department of Animal Sciences served as mentor for a student research poster that was awarded second place in the university-wide student competition that was part of A&T’s Division of Research annual celebration of student and faculty research. Caresse Gerald’s prize-winning research was into the “Effects of Black Seed Oil (Niagra Sativa) on the Life Cycle and Reproductive Behavior of C. elegans.”
