As part of the School of Agriculture and Environmental Science's commitment to a work environment where cultural differences are respected and valued, a survey laboratory affiliated with Penn State University has been commissioned to conduct a diversity climate survey of the SAES faculty and staff. The survey is designed to record positive aspects of the climate for diversity and acceptance, as well as areas where improvements can be made. The responses will be collected with identifying data removed electronically, to ensure the anonymity of respondents. Although participation is not mandatory, all SAES faculty and staff are nonetheless strongly encouraged to take a few minutes to fill out the diversity climate survey before data collection ends on Friday, May 19.
