Community development agent part of professional development program

Minnie Mitchell, The Cooperative Extension Program at A&T’s community and rural development agent at the Cabarrus County Center, was among 18 members of county field staffs who recently completed a series of professional development workshops for “New and Aspiring County Extension Directors.” The 12-session program included installments covering effective customer service, staff and leadership development, performance appraisals, budgeting, team building and conflict resolution.
