Business section news observes SAES major player

An article in the Business Section of the Raleigh News & Observer on March 27 has an interesting update on the N.C. Research Campus in Kannapolis. The article has a university-by-university breakdown of primary roles. It notes that A&T will “Focus on development and application of ways to improve quality and safety of food after it has left the farm.” According to the News & Observer article, the $1.5 billion research campus will create about 35,000 jobs.
