What is Laboratory Animal
Science?
It's a fascinating relatively
new field of applied science which deals with the biology of animal models
used in biomedical research and their relationships to man and other animal
species in regard to health and protection. It offers career opportunities
for you in the pharmaceutical industry, in government regulatory agencies,
and in research and development organizations. It may also serve
you especially well as a pre-veterinary medicine program as well as an
entry pathway to graduate school for advanced studies in health-related
areas.
